We are aware that you place your trust in us, and we therefore only collect, store, consult, process and transfer your Personal Data (hereinafter “Processing”) in accordance with applicable Belgian and European privacy legislation.
When you accept the provisions of this Privacy Policy, it means that you agree to the way in which we process your Personal Data as set out herein.
This Privacy Policy only covers Personal Data processed by us. We do not accept, to the extent permitted by law, any responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) services and/or websites of third parties.

We have put in place a number of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access or use, accidental loss, or damage to its integrity. These measures have been taken considering our IT infrastructure, the processing of Personal Data itself, the potential impact on your privacy, the associated costs and in accordance with current industry standards and practices.
We ensure that your Personal Data is kept in a sufficiently protected environment and that only the necessary persons have access to your Personal Data.
Your Personal Data will only be processed by a third party if that third party agrees to comply with the technical and organisational security measures.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Depending on the purpose for which we collect your Personal Data, we may share your Personal Data with another affiliated company or subsidiary of Aspect Analytics.
Furthermore, for the provision of our Services, we may share your Personal Data with third parties who are trusted partners in ensuring our operability and the continuity of our services (e.g., those responsible for transportation/delivery of the goods, accountant(s), lawyers, etc.) as indicated for each processing activity under section 4.
These partners have confirmed to us that they respect the GDPR (and all other applicable Belgian and European privacy legislation) and that they do not use the data for purposes other than those mentioned above.
Furthermore, we may be legally required to share your Personal Data with law enforcement authorities, government agencies, etc. We will only disclose the necessary Personal Data to these entities and will inform you of such disclosures, to the extent permitted by law.
Transfer of personal data outside the EEA?
It is also possible that your Persona l Data will be transferred to a partner of Aspect Analytics outside the EEA. Any transfer to a recipient domiciled or based in a country without an adequacy decision (link) taken by the European Commission will be governed by an agreement that meets the required appropriate safeguards for the transfer of Personal Data outside the EEA, such as he Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission (link), potentially supplemented with additional measures.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
Please note that you have the following rights in relation to our Processing of your Personal Data:
- Right of access: you have the right to access your Personal Data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your Personal Data that we are Processing unless this request would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- Right to rectification: If the Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or complete it.
- Right to restriction: in certain cases, you have the right to ask us to restrict the Processing of your Personal Data, for example when we do not (or no longer)have the right to process your Personal Data or when you have requested a rectification and we are verifying the accuracy of your Personal Data.
